It depends on the industry, how many years it covers, how complete it is, and whether personal information has been removed. Ask in the pricing forum, look at what similar postings ask, or hire someone under appraisal / valuation.
Usually yes. Most buyers want names, contact details, and account numbers removed before delivery, and privacy laws may require it. See redaction / de-identify services and read safety.
See the terms. In short: nothing you don't own, nothing stolen or hacked, no lists of consumers' personal information, no passwords or account numbers, no medical records that haven't been properly de-identified.
Use the flag link at the bottom of any posting. Postings flagged by several people are hidden until reviewed.
